An appeal having been taken from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about January 4, 2016, and said appeal having been perfected, And, respondent-appellant having moved for summary reversal based on a missing exhibit from the fact-finding hearing, or, alternatively, for an order directing the New York County Family Court to hold a reconstruction hearing with respect thereto, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and a stipulation of the parties dated November 10, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
