Brian Edwards seeks a belated appeal to challenge an order finding him in violation of probation. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.140(j)(1). In accordance with the state's response to this court's order to show cause, we grant the requested relief. As provided by Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.140(j)(5)(D) this court's opinion shall be filed with the lower tribunal and treated as the notice of appeal.
