LEONARD EDWARDS, Appellant, v. STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee.

Howard L. Dimmig, II, Public Defender, and Pamela H. Izakowitz, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Jonathan P. Hurley, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County; Michael S. Williams, Judge.

Howard L. Dimmig, II, Public Defender, and Pamela H. Izakowitz, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Jonathan P. Hurley, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Leonard Edwards challenges the order revoking his probation and his sentence. We affirm in all respects without further discussion, but we remand for correction of a scrivener's error in the revocation order.

In the revocation order, the trial court indicated that "[t]he defendant admitted to be[ing] in violation of Condition 5" of his probation. However, it is evident from the record that Edwards did not admit to violating Condition 5. Therefore, we remand for correction of the scrivener's error in the revocation order. See Caldwell v. State, 72 So.3d 779, 779-80 (Fla. 2d DCA 2011) (remanding for correction of a scrivener's error in the revocation order incorrectly indicating that the defendant had admitted to violating a condition of his probation where the record showed the defendant had contested the fact that he had violated the condition).

Affirmed; remanded with instructions.
