An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 13, 2016, and said appeal having been perfected, And the New York City Commission on Human Rights having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting the New York City Commission on Human Rights to file 9 copies of the brief amicus curiae within seven days of the date of entry of this order.
