Opinion

No. 94-2250.

October 28, 1994.

Petition for writ of certiorari being treated as an appeal of a non-final order from the Circuit Court for Broward County; Estella Moriarty, Judge.

Christine E. Bryce of Christine E. Bryce, P.A., Miami, for petitioner.

Jane M. Letwin, Ft. Lauderdale, for respondent.

We treat this petition for writ of certiorari from a temporary child support order as a non-final appeal and affirm on authority of Department of Health Rehabilitative Services v. GLICKSTEIN, WARNER and KLEIN, JJ., concur.
