ORDER

By Notice dated October 7, 2021, this case is calendared for trial at the Court's New York, New York trial session commencing February 22, 2022. On January 14, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Remand asking the Court to remand this collection due process case to respondent's Appeals Office for further consideration.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the February 22, 2022, New York, New York trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion for remand is granted in that this case is remanded to respondent's Appeals Office for further consideration. It is further

ORDERED that the hearing with Appeals shall take place at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than April 8, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before, June 3, 2022, file status report(s) (joint or separate) stating the then present status of this case.

This Order constitutes official notice of the same to the parties.
