Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On February 20, 2023, petitioner endeavored to file in the above-docketed matter an Amended Petition. However, each page was filed electronically as a separate document, all were incorrectly titled, and certain were submitted duplicatively.

Accordingly, upon due consideration and the clarify the record herein, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's documents filed February 20, 2023, at Docket Entries #7 and 8 shall be deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's document filed February 20, 2023, at Docket Entry #9 shall be recharacterized as a First Amended Petition. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's documents filed February 20, 2023, at Docket Entries #10 through 19 shall be recharacterized as a First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendment to First Amended Petition, respectively.
