The judgment of affirmance entered by the Honorable Marshall C. Wiseheart, the Honorable Stanley Milledge, the Honorable N. Vernon Hawthorne and the Honorable George E. Holt as Circuit Judges of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, which was filed on June 28, 1949, and duly recorded in the Circuit Court Minute Book 160, at Page 540, on July 19, 1949, should be and it is hereby affirmed.

Affirmed.
