Douglas T. EDWARDS, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. 11TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT, et al., Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).
Opinion
Douglas T. Edwards' petition for writ of mandamus is hereby dismissed. In addition, upon this Court's review and consideration of Edwards' actions in this Court and the lower court, and observing that the lower court has previously rendered an order prohibiting Edwards from filing any pro se motions or other papers in lower tribunal number 07–28531B (and this Court has prohibited the same relating to lower tribunal number 94–21946), Edwards is hereby ordered to show cause, within thirty (30) days, why he should not be prohibited from filing any further pro se appeals, pleadings, motions petitions or other papers relating to lower tribunal number 07–28513B.
Absent a showing of good cause, the clerk of this Court is directed to refuse to accept for filing any further appeals, pleadings, motions, petitions or other papers relating to Edwards' conviction and sentence in lower tribunal number 07–28413B unless they are filed and signed by a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
