ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case was stricken from the Court's February 12, 2024, Seattle, Washington trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On May 1, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that proposed stipulated documents were sent to petitioner Cara S. Edmund for review late last year, but she has not returned a fully executed decision. The report further states that the Commissioner has not been able to communicate with Ms. Edmund to inquire about the stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 21, 2024, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document or in lieu of a stipulated decision, the Commissioner may file an appropriate motion with the Court.
