An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on July 13, 2017, and the Attorney for the Child having applied for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Ella Marshall, Esq., dated February 8, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted on the condition that the Attorney for the Child submit her briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before April 10, 2019, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
