Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, filed November 17, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is set for hearing at a time and date certain of 11:00 a.m. on December 20, 2022, at the Hipolito F. Garcia Federal Building and Courthouse, 615 E. Houston Street, Room 371, San Antonio, TX 78206. The parties need not appear on Monday, December 19, 2022, as previously directed. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of Court serve a copy of this Order on petitioner at 216 Axis Loop, Georgetown TX 78628. It is further
