AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 207.1sufficiency of evidence to sustain verdict for plaintiff in action for damage to truck in collision with defendants' street car. In action for damage to plaintiff's truck, resulting from fact that, in daytime, truck's left front side struck right front corner of defendants' street car as latter, which had approached on same city street as that on which truck was traveling in opposite direction, attempted to make left turn into intersecting street, held that jury's verdict for plaintiff, on which verdict trial court entered judgment, was not against manifest weight of evidence.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. GEORGE W. BRISTOW, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the April term, 1944.
