ORDER TO DISMISS VARIOUS MOTIONS WITHOUT PREJUDICE


Pursuant to a stipulated motion of the parties Edizone et al and Cloud Nine et al., and for good cause shown, the following motions are dismissed without prejudice:

1. Plaintiff's THIRD MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY. Doc. No. 156
2. Plaintiff's SECOND AMENDED SUBPOENA DUCES TECUM TO LEON NIELSON, thereby obviating Defendant's MOTION TO QUASH THE SUBPOENA DUCES TECUM TO LEON NIELSON. Doc. No. 80.
