MICHAEL C. EDINGTON & DONNA M. EDINGTON, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the November 4, 2024, Washington, D.C. trial session of the Court. On June 11, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Entry No. 13). On June 13, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Strike Entry No. 13 because certain language regarding a prepayment credit is incorrect and should be corrected before entry of the incorrect decision so that petitioners receive the correct credit on their account. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Strike Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed June 13, 2024, is granted, and the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed June 11, 2024 (Entry No. 13), is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
