On June 7, 2024, the Court filed the clerk's record which contains a motion for cash deposit in lieu of bond for appeal. The clerk's record does not contain a certificate of cash deposit. Therefore, the district court clerk is ORDERED to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the certificate of cash deposit with this Court on or before June 21, 2024.
