ORDER

For cause, the filing fee having been paid on September 28, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered September 14, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's Order denying the Motion to Remove Small Tax Case Designation is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Motion to Remove Small Tax Case Designation filed September 16, 2022, is granted, and the docket number of this case is amended by deleting the letter "S" therefrom. The Clerk of the Court is directed to process this case to trial or other disposition as a regular tax case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 28, 2022, petitioners shall file a Ratification of Petition, ratifying and affirming the filing of the petition on March 29, 2022, The petition as filed does not comply with the Court's Rules for signatures and failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case or other action as the Court deems appropriate. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to this Order a form which petitioners may use to file a ratification of petition.
