ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's February 7, 2022, Boise, Idaho remote trial session. On December 21, 2021, respondent filed an unopposed motion for continuance of trial and asks that the Court restore this case to the general docket. The motion states that there is a related case on the Court's docket: Beford West Limited A.K.A. Bedford Insurance Co. Docket No. 1651-20; and that the parties continue to work toward settlement of the issues. The parties are working together and gathering documentation that will be necessary to substantiate petitioner's position on issues in the case and working to resolve the issues without litigation.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken from the February 7, 2022, Boise, Idaho remote trial session and is continued generally.
