Opinion

June 13, 2002.

APPEAL FROM THE THIRD CIRCUIT COURT (CIV. NO. 98-494)

John S. Nishimoto and Patricia T. Fujii for defendant-appellee on the motion.

ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

Upon consideration of appellee's motion for reconsideration of the May 30, 2002 order dismissing appeal, the papers in support and the record, it appears that Civil No. 98-494 is not a single-claim circuit court action, but is a multiple-claim action that asserted claims of medical negligence and negligent infliction of emotional distress for which appellee Morrison moved for and was granted summary judgment on "all claims and causes of action." Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion for reconsideration is denied.
