An appeal having been taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 10, 2019,And defendants-appellants having moved for the stay of the aforesaid judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the interim relief granted by an order of a Justice of this Court on July 22, 2019, upon all of the original terms and conditions set forth therein, and upon the further condition that the appeal is perfected for the January 2020 Term.
