An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 17, 2019, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of discovery pending the hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal; and to temporarily stay enforcement of a May 26, 2020 status conference order to the extent it required defendants to engage in discovery pending hearing and determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted.
