Justice Watkins is substituted for Justice Marialyn Barnard.

On October 3, 2018, this court issued an opinion and judgment in this appeal affirming the trial court's judgment. On June 10, 2020, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals issued an opinion "revers[ing] and remand[ing] to [this] court ... to consider whether Appellant's defensive theory foreclosed his commission of assault or justified it under self-defense." It is therefore ORDERED that the parties will be permitted to file briefs to address the issue remanded by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Appellant's brief on remand must be filed no later than thirty days from the date of this order.
