CAROL S. EBERL, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge.

This case is calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 24, 2023, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

On February 16, 2023, Amanda K. Krugler and David A. Indek filed an entry of appearance on behalf of respondent. That entry of appearance was signed by each Ms. Krugler and Mr. Indek. However, as the efiling credentials used to file that entry of appearance relate only to Ms. Krugler, only Ms. Krugler has been added as counsel of record for respondent. If Mr. Indek wishes to be added as counsel of record for respondent, he must electronically file a separate entry of appearance using the efiling credentials associated with only Mr. Indek.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that David A. Indek may enter an appearance for respondent by separately efiling an appropriate entry of appearance.
