ORDER DISMISSING CASE WITHOUT PREJUDICE
On September 8, 2005, the Court held an Order to Show Cause hearing to determine whether this case should be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Plaintiff's counsel failed to appear at the hearing, and also failed to respond to the Court's August 8, 2005 Order to Show Cause. Accordingly, good cause appearing, this case is hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41 for failure to prosecute. The Clerk of Court shall close the file.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
