Shelton EAVES, Appellant, v. MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, Respondent.

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Shelton Eaves is currently incarcerated based on sentences he received in 1995 for first-degree assault and armed criminal action. Eaves filed a petition for declaratory judgment against the Department of Corrections in the Circuit Court of Cole County. Eaves claimed the Board of Probation and Parole had incorrectly recalculated his parole eligibility date in violation of several Missouri statutes and regulations and various constitutional provisions. The circuit court granted the Department of Corrections’ motion for summary judgment, and Eaves appeals. We affirm. Because we have previously addressed all of Eaves’ arguments in Dunn v. Mo. Dep't of Corrections , 645 S.W.3d 565 (Mo. App. W.D. 2022), a published opinion would have no precedential value. We have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum that sets for the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
