ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On August 24, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case on the grounds that petitioner had failed to submit the filing fee and ratify the petition. On August 31, 2023, petitioner paid the filing fee for this case. However, to date, petitioner has not filed a ratification of petition as directed by the Court's Order served July 5, 2023.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a ratification of petition as directed by the Court's Order served July 5, 2023, is extended to October 2, 2023. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case or other appropriate action by the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner a form that may be used by petitioner for purposes of ratifying the petition.

RATIFICATION OF PETITION

I, Margarita Eason, have read the Petition filed with the Court on June 21, 2023, and do hereby ratify and affirm the filing of said document by affixing my signature hereto.
