By order of April 27, 1999, the application for leave to appeal from the May 28, 1998 decision of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in Robinson v City of Detroit (Docket No. 110360) andCooper v Wade (Docket No. 107421). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on July 18, 2000, 462 Mich. 439 (2000), the application is again considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND the case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of Robinson and Cooper.
