Rondell T. Earvin Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY, CHIEF JUDGE

The petition in this case was filed on May 14, 2021. That petition seeks review of the notice of deficiency dated February 8, 2021, issued to petitioner and Aaliyah Earvin for tax year 2018. That petition was signed only by Mr. Earvin, and not by Mrs. Earvin.

On September 27, 2021, Aaliyah Earvin lodged a ratification of petition. Among other things, Mrs. Earvin indicates that she wants to be added as a petitioner in this case.

The foregoing considered and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file as of the date of this Order the above ratification of petition lodged by Mrs. Earvin. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: Rondell T. Earvin & Aaliyah Earvin, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent.
