ADJOURNMENT OF INITIAL CASE
MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE
The parties have filed a Stipulation with the Court representing that they have conflicts on the date on which the Initial Case Management Conference has been scheduled. After considering the Stipulation and being otherwise fully advised, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the relief requested in the Stipulation is GRANTED.
The Initial Case Management Conference is hereby rescheduled for December 15 ____, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. before the Honorable William Alsup. Not less than seven days prior, counsel shall submit a joint case management conference statement not to exceed ten pages.
THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER CONTINUANCES.
