ERIC S. EARLEY, Appellant, v. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., Respondent.

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Eric S. Earley appeals from a district court order issuing a certificate of foreclosure and dismissing a petition for foreclosure mediation assistance. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Linda Marie Bell, Chief Judge.

On July 25, 2019, the supreme court issued a notice advising Earley that he had to file a docketing statement within 21 days and file a brief within 120 days. The notice further advised that the failure to timely file a brief may result in dismissal of the appeal. On September 27, 2019, this court issued a notice to Earley stating that he had not filed the docketing statement and instructing him to do so within 10 days. It further advised him that the failure to file a docketing statement may result in the dismissal of the appeal. To date Earley has not filed either the docketing statement or a brief and he has not otherwise responded to the directives issued by either the supreme court or this court. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal. See NRAP 14(c) and 31(d)(1).

It is so ORDERED.
