PRELIMINARY PRE-TRIAL ORDER

LAURA TAYLOR SWAIN, District Judge.

It is hereby ORDERED that a pre-trial conference shall be held in the above-captioned matter on September 12, 2002 at 10:15 a.m. in Courtroom No. 444, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York 10007. It is further ORDERED that the Joint Preliminary Pre-Trial Statement required in Case No. 02 Civ. 1444 shall encompass the above-captioned matter also.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
