ORDER
The court reporter's request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record is DENIED. The appellate record reflects that the reporter's record was initially due to be filed with this court on January 27, 2016. The reporter has requested and received multiple extensions of time. The present motion does not demonstrate good cause for the reporter's delay in producing this record. If the reporter's record is not filed by Friday, October 28, 2016, this court will issue an order requiring a hearing before the trial court, in which the court reporter shall appear before the trial court judge, who shall inquire as to the delay in preparing the appellate record and make findings as directed by this court in the order.
