Oct 28, 1998
719 So. 2d 991 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1998)

Opinion

No. 98-374.

October 28, 1998.

An Appeal from the Circuit Court for Monroe County; Steven Paul Shea, Judge.

Hershoff, Lupino, DeFoor Gregg and Jay A. Hershoff, Tavernier; Maurice Jay Kutner and Mary A. Swayze, Miami, for deadline appellant.

Gus H. Crowell, Tavernier, for appellee.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and SHEVIN and SORONDO, JJ.

On this appeal from orders on attorney's fees entered by the trial court after Eager v. Eager, 696 So.2d 1235 (Fla. 3d DCA 1997), we reject the contentions of attorney Kutner and affirm the award of fees to him, in accordance with the partial reversal in that decision. However, we reverse the dismissal of attorney Hershoff's claim for supplemental services and remand for an evidentiary hearing on that issue.
