E. P., Appellant v. TRAVIS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY, Appellee

From the 331st District Court, Travis County, Texas
Trial Court No. D-1-EX-11-000068
David Crain, Judge Presiding

ORDER

The clerk's record has been filed in this appeal. However, no reporter's record has been filed. On April 27, 2016, the official court reporter filed a letter stating that no reporter's record was taken in this case. The trial court, in its findings of fact and conclusions of law, stated that because "the necessary facts could be determined from the pleadings, including a sworn response from petitioner setting out the facts he wished to prove," "no evidentiary hearing was necessary." Therefore, it appears no reporter's record was taken in this case. As the appellate record is now complete, we ORDER appellant to file his brief on or before May 30, 2016.

Karen Angelini, Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 29th day of April, 2016.
