The order appealed from should be modified so as to limit the examination to matters concerning the ownership and transfer of stock to the plaintiff corporation by E. Moch as president after the date of the alleged misappropriation, and as so modified affirmed, without costs.


Order modified as directed in opinion, and as modified affirmed, without costs. Order to be settled on notice.
