DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 19, 2022, and an order of the same court dated May 19, 2023. Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order, pending hearing and determination of that appeals, to consolidate the appeals, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is granted, and the appeals will be calendared expeditiously after all briefs have been filed; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further, ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date
