DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated March 22, 2022, March 9, 2022, and March 11, 2022, respectively. Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from the orders and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled proceedings, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
