Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and, pending determination of the aforesaid order to show cause, the cure period set forth in the default notice is tolled, and defendant is restrained from commencing a proceeding or taking any other action to terminate or cancel the lease, evict or eject plaintiff, or otherwise interfere with plaintiff's possession of the subject premises.
