DYNOTEC INDUSTRIES, INC., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was on the March 15, 2021 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar, and is an appeal from respondent's notice of determination. Petitioner then went into bankruptcy, submitted a plan that allowed the IRS's claim, and sold its assets. The IRS's claim still hasn't been paid yet, but the case still seems quite unlikely to need a trial or motion practice. It is

ORDERED that on or before May 17, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report stating when the case will finally be mooted.
