DYNOTEC INDUSTRIES, INC., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge.

This case was on the March 15, 2021 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar, and is an appeal from respondent's notice of determination. Petitioner then went into bankruptcy, but has submitted a plan that allowed the IRS's claim. The plan requires an asset sale to implement, and respondent recently reported that that sale still hasn't occurred. But the case still seems quite unlikely to need a trial or motion practice. Respondent reasonably suggests reporting again in at the end of the year if things haven't wrapped up, and it is

ORDERED that on or before December 19, 2022 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report to describe how to bring this case to a close.
