Kaiman, Ned White and Zachary Daniels, Defendants, QPP Venture, LLC, QPP Mezz, LLC and Queens Plaza Park Development, LLC, Nominal Defendants.


An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 31, 2018, And plaintiffs-respondents having moved for an order dismissing the aforesaid appeal, or, in the alternative, directing defendants-appellants to supplement the record on appeal, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, including the stipulation of the parties hereto, dated October 8, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
