LISA JO DYKES, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 6 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F21-75476.

ORDER

NANCY KENNEDY, JUSTICE.

The reporter's record is overdue. The record was originally due April 11, 2024. On April 15, 2024, this Court notified Marissa Garza that the reporter's record was overdue and directed her to file the reporter's record within thirty days. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record has not been filed.

We ORDER Ms. Garza to file the reporter's record no later than SEPTEMBER 3, 2024. We caution Ms. Garza that should she fail to file the complete reporter's record within the time stated, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that she not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Nancy Mulder, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 6, Dallas County; Marissa Garza, Official Court Reporter, Criminal District Court No. 6; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
