This case is currently calendared on the Court's Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin October 18, 2021. On September 27, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report stating that a basis for settlement has been reached. They requested 60 days to submit a fully executed stipulated decision.
