Action for breach of written contract to purchase paper. Appeal by plaintiff from partial judgment for him.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Hosea W. Wells, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1926.
