TIMOTHY JOHN DWIGGINS, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 354th Judicial District Court Hunt County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 34544CR

ORDER

DENNISE GARCIA JUSTICE

We received and filed appellant's brief on December 4, 2023. Appellant's court-appointed counsel informed this Court that after a thorough review of the record and the applicable law, he was unable to find any arguable issues to raise in this appeal. See Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). Accordingly, we ORDER appellate counsel Peter I. Morgan to file a motion to withdraw within FIFTEEN DAYS of this order. See In re Schulman, 252 S.W.3d 403, 408 (Tex. Crim. App. 2008) (holding that a defense attorney must file a motion to withdraw at the same time he files an Anders brief).
