Duzan v. Commonwealth

Court of Appeals of Kentucky
Jan 20, 1933
55 S.W.2d 1113 (Ky. Ct. App. 1933)

Opinion

Decided January 20, 1933.

Motion for an appeal from the Circuit Court, Lewis County.

Judgment of conviction for selling liquor with a punishment of a fine of $100 and 30 days in the county jail. Defendant moved for an appeal, but the bill of evidence was never made a part of the record by an order of court. However, if it had been, it reveals no error, and brief for appellant expressly admits the entire absence of error.

J.D. ATKINSON for movant.

BAILEY P. WOOTTON, Attorney General, and H. HAMILTON RICE, Assistant Attorney General, for the Commonwealth.

Appeal denied; judgment affirmed.
