The Court has considered Defendant's Motion for Extension to File Answer and Response (Doc. 39). Good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED granting Defendant's Motion for Extension to File Answer and Response (Doc. 39). Defendant Shinn shall file his answer to Plaintiff's Complaint (Doc. 1) and response to Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. 15) no later than December 2, 2022.
