Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of the defendants' alleged negligence, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Ansonia-Milford, where the court, McGrath, J., denied the motion filed by Field View Farm Transportation, Inc., to intervene as a plaintiff, from which Field View Farm Transportation, Inc., appealed to this court. Affirmed.
