ORDER

David Gustafson Judge.

On August 31, 2021, an entry of appearance was electronically filed by Brandon N. Mourges and Thomas J. DeGennaro as counsel for petitioners in this case. The entry of appearance is only effective to place one attorney of record for petitioner in this case--Mr. DeGennaro, whose eAccess is used for the submission of filings in this case (see, Rule 21(b)(1)(D).). If Mr. Mourges wishes to enter his appearance as counsel for petitioner in this case and gain access to this case, he shall file a separate entry of appearance (see, Rule 21(b)(2) and Practitioner Training Guide, p. 26-27 available on the Court's website at https://ustaxcourt.gov/resources/dawson/DAWSON_Practitioner_Training_Guide.pdf). It is therefore

ORDERED that, no later than September 10, 2021, Mr. Mourges shall file a separate entry of appearance, if he wishes to enter his appearance in this case as counsel for petitioner.
