ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge.

On May 10, 2021, the Court issued an Order To Show Cause directing petitioner's counsel, Timothy J. Murphy, to show cause in writing, on or before June 1, 2021, why he should not be withdrawn as petitioner's counsel in this case as a result of his disbarment by the Court of Appeals of Maryland and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. No response has been received from Timothy J. Murphy.

Upon due consideration, it is ORDERED that the Court's Order To Show Cause, issued May 10, 2021, is made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that Timothy J. Murphy is withdrawn as petitioner's counsel of record in this case.
